Our room wasn't very clean , it was dusty and looked like it was mailed in. We did complain on our way out for the day. The front desk manager stop us on the way up to our room. She stated that our room had been cleaned and said that the person who is in charge of the cleaning department check the room and told her it was spic and span. She also gave us a voucher for there restaurant for two complimentary meals and 2 non alcoholic beverages. We were very impressed, until we came down from the room to enjoy the comp. Meal. Room is dated and dirty. Very disappointed in Hyatt. Walls are scuffed and dirty. Carpet worn. And room is not heating to temp. Couch is stained.
Nice hotel. I wasn't thrilled about the extra for parking, especially with the room price.
Rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.
