Great location Cuartos espaciosos y un lugar muy bonito...
I arrived around 4:30 and didn’t get into my room until 8:00 I found this pretty unacceptable.
Waited an entire hour and 35 minutes and counting to get our room keys, with no compensation
The staff were lovely, friendly and polite
When I arrived I was told my room was switched without explanation. I was moved from a Room with a sitting room to an open concept Room. The wall had a bloody/booger substance on it. The carpet was not secured to the floor causing ripples in the carpet that we would trip on if not watching. The couch had a hole in it big enough to stick my arm in. There was a dirty Kleenex in the bathroom next to the towels. There were no extra pillows or blankets. I stayed 2 days and housekeeping never entered the room.. I had to ask for ex... read more
