This 'Dining Room' is among the worst restaurants in Santa Monica, especially at the price point. I ordered their fried chicken, which was a battered chicken breast still covered in skin. One of the side was a pickled onion salad. I'm not kidding. When the waitress noticed I was revolted, she brought cooked spinach... with the stalks still attached. My daughter's fish was... Enough -- this place should convert to a music venue and forget food.
Delicious food and wonderful service – I threw a friend her bachelorette party dinner here and it was great. The staff is helpful and patient. I had no problem making a reservation, changing the number of guests at the last minute, or getting seated before our entire party had arrived. Everything we ordered was delicious and the wine menu was very accomodating; They had wine from 35 dollar bottles to 300 dollar bottles. The ambiance is beautiful and comfortable.
