Great team here! Super friendly and accommodative staff, went above and beyond to help me as I needed the room pretty quickly after a surgery. Handy location, very pretty little hotel! Will definitely go back there if and when I need to get back to stoon :) Thank you thank you thank you!

Elegant building, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast included, decent price, kind desk agent, great location downtown. Famous pub attached at ground level. No complaints.

Stayed here the weekend of Sept 20/21 for one night, in a standard room. Room was comfy and clean. I'm aware a number of people have complained that the rooms are dated. That they are, but it makes sense since it's an older building with period furniture throughout. There was a small coffee station in the room, which I didn't need to use, and the bathroom had several towels ready for use.
