Room was okay, heater did not work.
The sheets on the bed were as rough as sandpaper. The mattress for our bed had no support. The view from our room was a brick wall. My side of the bed had the refrigerator next to it instead of an end table. The coffee from the Kuerig coffee maker was bitter. Trying to get hot water at night was a challenge. Next time I stay in Bisbee I will pick a full service hotel. One other note, when I called the manager with a question prior to our stay he seemed like he was too busy and was constantly whining about how busy he was.
We recently booked this hotel for a trip for two couples. I selected it primarily because of the ratings indicating great location and charm. It did not disappoint. The rooms were big, and updated enough to be comfortable, but not so much that they lost the charm. Beds and bedding were comfortable, TVs were modern, and rooms were very clean. We ate at the Bisbee table - just across the street, and The Bisbee Breakfast Club (a short drive) - both restaurants were great! We had a fantastic visit!
Done very nice for an old building. But you might want to know all the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are pretty steep.
