Beautiful hotel with great staff. Only issues- water pressure was low and hot water was scarce. Also, there’s no elevator so if they don’t put you on the ground floor, climbing all of those steps with luggage is tough.
We had a blast. I can’t wait to return
I have stayed in the French Quarter for years at various hotels. I like to try a variety.
Housekeeping is the weakest link. Staff were friendly. Not the cleanest place to stay.
5 weeks now. 4 weeks and still no acknowledgment. It’s been about three weeks and still no response. We are being more than patient! Why can we not get a response, either on hear or to email? This is NOT a good look. Edit: still waiting for a solution from the hotel. See below for their issues. I am waiting on a response to an email about a leak in our room and have yet to see the issue rectified. I will update review if it is.
