We stayed there one night in a Junior suite that looks out into the pool. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. It was kind of odd not having an exterior window but since we were only there 1 night, it was fine. The kids loved the easy access from our room to the pool! I was positively surprised by the pool, very large, lots of seating and a good size hot tub. It was clean and staff came to restock towels. The tile floor was also beautiful. Room was nice but things were broken. Breakfast was ok but fruit salad had moldy blueberries. Upscale but neglected. Don't stay for amenities just stay for the location.
Kristin is excellent. She assisted with a small misunderstanding and rectified it perfectly. I really appreciate her service and pleasant attitude.
