Hands down awful. First of all, if you are from out of state, they will double charge you and how you don't notice. Think you can call the front desk and explain? Think again they won't answer. Also, if you think they are going to give you a working room key, heck no. I had to get FOUR yes FOUR times before the key would work. Every time I needed one it took over an hour. The desk clerk would disappear every minute. -5/20 experience
Absolutely horrible hotel. Spend the extra money & stay at Holiday Inn Express across the street - I’m serious!! The front desk person was no where to be found, we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Finally got to the room and it’s so gross yall the carpet is disgusting and ripping up, the AC doesn’t work, the sheets were DAMP. There’s water damage on the ceiling, years of dust collecting on the floorboards, the bathroom floor was sopping wet, the sheets had black flakes on them, the nightstand w... read more

AWFUL hotel. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE. The rooms and premises are digusting. Everything is wet and damp. Dirty, old rooms. Amenities listed are not available. Do not go here. The Patels are the new management for this hotel. They should not be renting rooms with the hotel in this condition. Dead bugs in corners of the room, air vents were black with what looked like years of dust. They’ve had this hotel 6 months and say they are going to renovate- they need to stop offering horrible rooms and focus on that. Very displeased... read more
I stayed here one night hoping to use the pool and have a nice rest afterwards. I originally got the room to celebrate for a recent graduate. I arrived and the sign is blacked out, the building looked closed. Not very many cars. That should’ve been a warning for me, but I wanted to give it a chance. I check in with the manager, Kevin. I got to the room. I had my sister check for the pool. It’s out of service. I booked the room on a third party website and specifically searched for hotels with pools.
