AWFUL hotel. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE. The rooms and premises are digusting. Everything is wet and damp. Dirty, old rooms. Amenities listed are not available. Do not go here. The Patels are the new management for this hotel. They should not be renting rooms with the hotel in this condition. Dead bugs in corners of the room, air vents were black with what looked like years of dust. They’ve had this hotel 6 months and say they are going to renovate- they need to stop offering horrible rooms and focus on that. Very displeased... read more
I stayed here one night hoping to use the pool and have a nice rest afterwards. I originally got the room to celebrate for a recent graduate. I arrived and the sign is blacked out, the building looked closed. Not very many cars. That should’ve been a warning for me, but I wanted to give it a chance. I check in with the manager, Kevin. Horrible horrible experience, Carpet all through the hotel was nasty even in the rooms , I was given a room and another right after due to roaches and paper on side of the beds for not cleaning properly & NO AC in the first room , the roaches were in both room , all in the tub , I Called front office the staff never came to the phone , decided to go down stairs to the desk to get a refund and leave the hotel , The staff took almost 30 minutes to come and barely spoke any proper English an honestly was no help on getting a re... read more
