Anytime I come to petersburg for work, I have to stay at this Hilton. The staff are always polite and professional. The hotel is always clean. The food is the best, I've had compared to all other hilton hotels i have stayed at. It's always a relaxing, comfortable experience. They make me look forward to my next work trip.
My Daughter and i came from Baltimore MD, we recently stayed at the Petersburg Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. I don't typically post any reviews on Google but our stay here was stellar! Beautiful, restored historic hotel (with a spacious, high-ceiling dining room), a friendly and welcoming lobby (with board games and puzzles), and most of all, kind and thoughtful staff. My son lost his beloved stuffie while we there, and not only did the staff track it down (to the linen cleaners!) and ensure it was returned to us swiftly, Foxy returned to us with a whole adventure story detailed in a letter to my son and multiple pictures of his ad... read more
Needed a quick getaway with comfort and style. This hotel fit the bill. Beautifully restored hotel in the heart of the historic district. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent staff and service. Just what we needed!
Really enjoyed staying Here for three days the customer service was amazing. Everybody was so friendly and easy to talk to and like to have a conversation food was really good from Shirley’s and the bartenders were amazing. The only downside we had is the fluctuation of the water temperature in the showers one day the hot was even colder than the cold faucet out of the sink, but the heat did come back, unfortunately during showers the temperature would go up and down throughout the shower.
