Great experience! The service was excellent even late at night staff was friendly and helpful! The historical hotel was sweet and we liked the location
This is a nice place. Had no idea it was as luxurious.
First off, the hotel is beautiful and it’s in a great location. However, two things might ruin your stay. (1) the bathroom light is on a censor and you have no control to turn it off. The first night it woke me up 3 times. The hotel is aware of this problem in every room. They said the system is new and they are still adjusting the censors; (2) their customer service is terrible. The toilet in my room would not flush, so they turned off the water to my room and said I could use the restroom in the lobby. What??!
Hotel Petaluma was perfect. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel
