The room is spotlessly clean, smells fresh, the front desk representative Ariel is very nice and gave a great food recommendation. This place is a 10 out of 10. I will absolutely stay here again if I'm coming through Pensacola in the future
When I arrived the receptionist was talking to another guest that was lounging on the lobby she saw I was there to checkin and she continued her conversation as if I was there for about 10 minutes once I checked in the room had an odor as if there were alot of pets there I didnt get pictures because I was rushing to get ready to go to a Boosie concert but there was hair all in the bathroom sink and when me and my husband arrived after the concert and wanted to relax in the jacuzzi the stopper and the water was messed up it t... read more
Well the hotel was pretty good, however my deposit was kept because they said they found evidence of drug use in the room. Well that's weird. I have been sober for 317 days. I work for a non profit organization as a homeless outreach counselor. There was absolutely no issue until one of my homeless clients and his dog came by..the gentleman helped me with my stuff because my ride was late.
