We woke up to pounding and drilling in the room right next to ours this morning. We called the front desk to ask them to stop. Continues. Called again. Stopped 10 minutes later. No apology. Called and left 2 messages for the manager. Nothing.
Parking was a mess, but the general manager was nice enough to provide resolution. It's a nice property.

We stay here frequently, when we travel to Santa Cruz. Unfortunately, due to our last stay- we will be looking elsewhere in the future. This hotel chose to make a political statement by opening up the paying guests pool to the public for a gay pride pool party. It was extremely loud and raucous all day long, when we needed to rest (traveling at night.) I don’t recommend this business.
Loved it! Pool was amazing and we had so much fun, staff was so friendly. This post is past due but I’m sure it’s just gotten better
