website says $38. Changes to $68 on arrival. Coke machine and ice is turned off. Air conditioner was too full of dust to cool. refrigerated was molded. Entire room dusty. Smoke alarm was removed. only light that worked was at the sink. owner very nice but lazy and full of excuses. I wouldn't pay $1 to stay again! Tallahassee is a great little town. This place is like a sore thumb!

I had stayed with no problems. Friendly people. For the price, it's a good choice...
Plain and simple. It's a backwoods town. Very old hotel , no wifi but never seen a bug with the 3 days I've been here. Plenty of places to eat nearby. It's cheap, old and clean for the most part. Have seen a couple people who would lower the rating of trailer trash.....but no loud noises at night and no drama outside.
Nice clean affordable place.
