Hotel Northbridge is a comfortable and well-located stay just minutes from Perth’s CBD. The rooms are clean and modern, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great spot for enjoying Northbridge’s restaurants and nightlife, though it can be a little lively on weekends. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay.
Great place to stay very close to the city as business was involved not all pleasure.
The lady who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out were both lovely and helpful. I did have a chirping smoke alarm but, I was attended to immediately and I was moved into another room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. Thankyou.
The Staff are extremely rude that if they even tried to smile their face might break.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.. Rooms are filthy with cockroaches running rampant all through the room.. They were on the toilet paper rolls, running across the carpets and all over the mugs, spoons and kettle DISGUSTING…. The only recommendation I can provide is DONT STAY HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.. Pick up your game Hotel Northbridge and get some better staff
