I had to wait to get a staff member to man the desk.
First and foremost the staff was incredibly nice. I must say they were respectful and kind. Now the room, 122, walked in smell musty and like smoke, immediately turned off. Hotel was booked solid so no other rooms available so we made it work. The shower, more water came out of the faucet than the shower head. I gave it a 3 star for location only because it's not near anything like a pub, restaurant or convenient store. They did have a bar at hotel and a little shop for water and energy drinks.
