Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. There was a weird smell in the room and the ac blows directly on your head so we had to turn it off at night. You can hear everything around you, the windows are old, the toilet ran all night, and the shower water was more like a mist—you couldn’t properly wash your hair or body. I called the front desk, and they responded quickly and said it wasn’t normal. The Milo provided me with the WORST travel/hospitality/customer service experience of my life. My husband reserved a room for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The reservation was made well in advance because it was Labor Day weekend. Our check-in time was supposed to be after 4pm on Saturday, September 5th. We arrived at the hotel at 5:20pm and the receptionist tells us that the building in which our room is located doesn’t have any water and she can’t let us check in and has no idea when it will be fixed or if we’ll ev... read more
A Perfect Santa Monica Getaway at Hotel Milo Hotel Milo exceeded my expectations with its spotless, comfortable rooms and genuinely welcoming service. The attentive staff, helpful local recommendations, complimentary Friday wine, and relaxing Saturday live music made our stay especially memorable. I loved every moment and can’t wait to return—highly recommended for a Santa Monica escape!
