The Milo is a charming hotel nestled across from the beach and pier in Santa Barbara. The customer service was exceptional and you can purchase snacks and alcohol on the property. The Milo has renovated the rooms nicely and the pool area is nicely kept.

The room and views took my breath away! Unbeatable on price for the location, standard of room, and quality of service. All the staff were super friendly and quick to help out. Some tips: valet parking entrance is just east of 212 W Cabrillo Blvd, turn off the street under the roof; best breakfast experience in the world is available from Chad's Cafe, right next door. I'd love to stay again.

We were excited to stay at the Milo, due to its location and the great looking website, and were not disappointed by the location. We were, however, rather disappointed in our room, which was one of the more expensive ones (it had an adjacent private rooftop balcony). The room was small, had a funky odor emanating from the bathroom, and the walls did not prevent any sound from transitioning from the next door neighbors' room (even conversations were audible).
