VERY DISSAPOINTED! – I have never written a review of anything on the web but I plan on letting everyone know about the shortcomings of this hotel. The reviews I read for this hotel impressed me, so did their website. Well it is by far not the luxurious place it touts itself as. Not what we expected – Nice decor, however the walls need improvement. The walls are so thin we could hear the couple next door agrue and talk about the time they were in jail! The managment did throw them out at 4am. When you are laying in bed and you can actually hear the people next door have a coversation-its time to remodel and make the walls thicker.

Lovin' the Metro – Our stay at the Hotel Metro was fabulous! The front desk staff treated us like we were the most important guests at the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner at the Hotel Metro Bar & Cafe. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful and the food was superb. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was truly the most comfortable bed I've slept on. I'm looking forward to the next time we stay there.
Never Again! – The experience at this hotel was horrible. I noticed the staff was rude and unhospitable to me and a few other guests also. From arrival to departure we were talked to and treated like a problem, they were doing us a favor by letting us stay at their "fabulous" hotel. The waitors in the "Bar Metro" were cold and short. The conceirege/front desk did very little to answer this out of town guests questions.
