I left the hotel to visit my uncle in hospital. When I returned to the room it was cleaned and my food items had been trashed. Staff first stated I left nothing then she appears with one bag later with another which had both been retrieved from the trash. I had not checked out yet. I was told no manager was available and they could only comp me for $45. I said the room should be free and an apology given. I was told staff cleaned wrong room. I was already stressed and arguing about my items took me over my mental capacity.
