Stayed here when I was in a pinch and needed long-term. Breakfast was amazing and the team was very delightful and helpful. The amenities were amazing and the pool was very therapeutic. The room was very spacious and perfect amount of space so my family of 4 didn't feel cramped. I was able to make it feel like home for the kids no problem at all. I would stay there again. It was a well designed Hotel and rooms to be a 4 star hotel and Convention Center but has not been maintained. The whole place needed a refresh. Nothing was horrible it just lacked. Food in the Restaurant was just adequate but the server was very inexperienced and made many mistakes. Good thing for him, it was dead on a Saturday night. I liked this property! They are clearly investing in the property. They were doing work in various places. I actually really liked that the rooms were outdated. It brought me back.

This was 100% the worst stay I've ever had! pool and hot tub was not working. When I booked the night before was told it would be. Then breakfast was not warm and most was burnt or not fully cooked. Check out was 11am at 945 housekeeping just walked right in on us no knock or anything! Should 100% be a rule about that! Only good thing was the Whitney restaurant which you pay more for!
