Nice hotel, highly recommend!
Our room was horrible, didn’t seem like anyone cleaned the room. We were staying for a wedding and the last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Hot tub was putting out cold water and needs to be cleaned….. there was alot of sand in the hot tub. I am very upset at my stay and would not recommend anyone to stay here. The price of the hotel is outrageous for the low quality of stay you experience.
First room we were given was not clean. Second room was clean but A/C didnt work well. Lights flickered on and off till we pulled the plug. Toilet started to run all night long and was extremely loud. Fire alarm in the hotel started to go off at 2am. Took a bit of an effort and messing with the switch to get the hot tub running. Saw various negative reviews and they almost scared me away. This place is a diamond in the rough. Good service, clean comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet in the morning, nice restaurant on site. Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. We fish at petenwell lake and it’s just 20+ minutes away. We paid $90 a night via Priceline. Definitely will be back.
