Very dated hotel.. elevators small can see mold in the corners. Whirlpool pushes cold out the jets and the sauna doesn't sauna. Also says casino on Priceline but doesn't have one. It was good for what a night but wouldn't come again.
The place is filthy.
The main building did not have central air conditioning making it humid and stagnant air. They need fans to at least keep air moving. The carpet in the whole place needs to be removed because the odor is very bad. If it wasn't for the odor of the carpet in the room the room would have been nice. The room was clean but I can't say the same for the pool that was just nasty there is a ring of dust all the way around both the pool and spy. The rooms are very dated, having to use portable air conditioners in most of the rooms as the wall units have failed. An obvious lack of upkeep and maintenance on the building. Restaurant and breakfast amenities were the highlights
This hotel is absolutely disgusting! We have stayed here several times throughout the years because of family we have in Rapids. This place has truly gone downhill since we last stayed at it in 2021. Where should we start. We had the family suite room, and upon entering the room smelled super musty. In the bathroom there was black spots all over the grout and the exhaust fan was filthy.
