My husband is in a wheelchair. We had an accessible room on the sixth floor. The room was very spacious, and we had no issues with the chair. The balcony overlooked the beach. The full wall windows overlooked the pool on the fifth floor. But what made our trip most memorable was the staff. In particular, Sean. He was always willing help in any way he could. Way above and beyond. Sean gets 5+++ stars from us.
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, uncrowded beaches! Also wanted to give Sean - “The Mayor of Maren” a shout out for making our visit so wonderful. He took care of our luggage, shared multiple places for dining/drinks, local insights and hotel discounts . IMO, every hotel needs a Sean!
From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and kindness. The staff was amazing, Sean and Shakira were friendly and fun and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The staff at the pool went above and beyond to make sure we were able to relax and enjoy every minute. From the valet to the servers/bartenders in the Riviera they did not miss a detail. Top shelf treatment from start to finish, we'll definitely be back!
Rooms are not as clean anymore. Seems like they are not taking the time to look like thier standards use to be. For the price I don't feel like it's worth it.
