I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive every day. The resort fee is beyond worth it. Great location. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but the bartenders were fantastic. My first impression started out rough, with one valet guy not very accommodating and the other guy clueless but thankfully we met Chakira who changed everything. Her laid back sweetly quite disposition set a wonderful tone for our anniversary getaway. Chakira and restaurant staff went beyond our expectations, and I look forward to returning. I only hope that management will do a better job keeping the homeless and their belongings off the hotel property.
Honest review, im really enjoying my stay. From the moment i arrived ive been well taken care of. Anika at check in was so sweet and attentive, although it being very busy, she took care of everyone and answered all my questions. She helped make the check in process smooth and welcoming. Also, shoutout to Asia at Rivera Restaurant and bar, she makes the best drinks!
