Our go to hotel when we visit our daughter. Truly feel like family. Everyone is so wonderful and makes us a feel so special. A special shout out to Rodrigo, Luly, Asia, Andressa, Alfredo, Derek, Eli, Gosia and to two awesome managers Christopher and Victoria. What a team and what a good time.
A lot of false advertising starting with business area which is 2 chairs and a desk in the lobby with blaring music. Sheets had stains. No breakfast for $300 a night. Coffee in lobby didn’t work. Overall, save your money and uber to the beach. Not worth it.
My sink had Horrible Disgusting gunk clogging it.
I regret to say that the experience at this hotel has been disappointing from the start. Upon pulling into valet and lugging our suitcases out of our vehicle the valet approached me to say that they could not accommodate trucks in their parking. He offered me no solution, zero help and just told me I needed to figure out my parking offsite…. Great, so thrilled. After being forced to park 1/4 mile away and walk back in the rain I also come to find out that they could not ever be bothered to help my wife with our large suitcas... read more
My wife and I stay at this hotel whenever we are in Florida visiting our daughter. The hotel is beautiful and the view from our room is second to none. We start and end our day at the bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant staff are fantastic, they greet us by name and make us feel welcome. I have to mention the names of all the people who made our stay so enjoyable. They are Victoria, Rodrigo, Luly, Asia, Andressa, Chris, Alfredo, Derek, Eli and Gosia. We were here last in March 2026 looking forward to coming back
