Sonder was so good to us! We had some minor issues with a room and they immediately relocated us to a stay that was close by. They worked well with us and getting things taken care of so we could enjoy our trip! Their 24/7 assistance chat responded immediately and didn’t stop until we were taken care of and I really appreciated them. I will continue to book through Sonder and recommend them because of their customer service, room accommodations, and quality company.
Very easy to book through the app! This location is 10/10 for young adults wanting to explore Bourbon Street and surrounding areas. Unique concept with the balcony and everything was super clean and modern. Will definitely be back!
PROS: I loved this hotel but it felt more like an airbnb, no front desk, no daily housekeeping. It's very basic with great balconies and courtyard views. Steps away from Bourbon St. so you do hear the noise if you're facing the street, I believe the courtyard side would be much more quite. CONS: I reported issues with the internet all 3 days we was there. Supposedly they sent someone out but the issue continued. Chromecast would connect for about 20 minutes then it would go into loading. I think certain times of the day high... read more
Good prices and nice rooms
I'm so sorry to read all this about what used to be one of the most elegant & charming venues in the Quarter. I worked there as a desk clerk while at Tulane in the 60s, when it was owned by "Louis & Earl," an interior decorator couple who lived a few blocks away in one of the most beautiful buildings w/ exquisite iron railings on Chartres.
