Estuvimos en el hotel ubicación inmejorable. Limpio y muy amables. Nos olvidamos el la caja fuerte los pasaportes y dinero en efectivo, después de dejar el hotel y nos lo devolvieron intacto. Agradéceles su profesionalidad y buen hacer. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad. El servicio un 10 absoluto.
My family and I had a lovely time at the hotel. The location was perfect, the facilities standard and the staff always ready to help - everything we asked for was provided timely and with a big smile. This is our 2nd stay at a hotel in manhattan within the last 2 years, and hands down this is the best.
What a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff was so friendly and helpful (Yadira & Eranny) . We'll definitely be back
