This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and anything we needed (towels, microwave, quick fix for the in-room safe, late check-out) was done without hesitation and quickly! The room was spacious enough for 3 of us - especially in NYC. Would definitely stay again!
I found this hotel by accident when booking a one-day trip to NYC. It doesn't jump out at you from the curb but it was everything I needed for a quick, quiet, clean trip in and out of NYC. Staff was awesome (Mike was quick with spot-on recommendations)...would definitely stay here again.
Amazing experience, the room was clean and the position is perfect. Mike was super kind with us. Highly recommended!
Hicimos una reserva que cancelamos, despu�s volvimos a reservar y estuvimos all� unos d�as este mes de septiembre, y al volver nos hab�an cobrado por un lado la estancia y a la tarjeta de la primera reserva cancelada nos cobraron 700 euros “por no haber ido”, cuando l�gicamente lo cancelamos dentro del periodo en que era gratis hacerlo. Se desentienden y no nos quieren devolver el dinero, no nos cogen ni el tel�fono.P�SIMO SERVICIO Y ESTAFADORES.
