Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., however we still had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our room to be ready. When we finally went up, staff were still inside the room, supposedly doing final checks. It seems to us that the hotel offers a very wide range of rooms, with significant differences in both quality and price. We chose one of the cheaper options, the Silver King room. Customer service is outstanding, rooms are just okay. There is mildew and mold in the bathrooms. Bathroom hardware and toilet is not cleaned well. There was soap scum and mildew on hardware. The caulking has mildew and was dirty. No microwave in the room. The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, which explains the mildew. Their blanket for the bed is a sheet, then a light blanket and a sheet on top of that, no comforter. Kind of ghetto. The pillows are very small. The mattress isn’t that comfortable.

It was such a good trip, the location made it easy for us to navigate Waikiki it’s close to beach and also to all the restaurants and shops. Front Desk Vince helped us throughout the stay and John the bartender made the trip better so fun and attentive. We had a great time.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, and a great staff that really makes you feel welcome. The only thing holding it back was the internet, which could be improved.
