I used Hotel K during my time living in Madison and had a wonderful experience. Kat and Kimi took turns watching my cat, and did a great job every time. I especially loved the picture updates they sent when I was on vacation. I'm moving out now but recommend Hotel K to anyone looking for a cat sitter in Madison.

Hotel K was able to squeeze us in for the holidays and went above and beyond to accommodate our special needs dog, finding us a caring and compassionate sitter while we were away. We got two updates each day which were thorough and came with pictures. I felt at ease the whole time we were gone knowing our pets were in great care. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel K for your pet sitting needs and will definitely be using them again in the future anytime we need pet sitting.

I have used Hotel K to cat sitting for more than seven years at this point, and I absolutely love their service and how they care for my kitties. My favorite thing is the super simple online system they have for requesting services and communicating with the sitters. All requests, messages, photos, payments and notes are handled through one website (or app if you prefer). It is so simple and appreciated. The photos they send of my cats while I’m away ease my mind.
