All the stars for Hotel K and our dog sitter Chad! Great care of our dogs, lots of communication about their walks, cuddles, meals, etc and better photos of our pups than we have ever taken. Highly recommend them for either a daily walk or overnight care; we were gone for almost 3 weeks and had no worries thanks to the amazing care and communication from Chad.
We were in a pinch. We found ourselves without a dog sitter. I called Hotel K and they found someone we could use (a combo of 2 people) and quickly! We met them before hand, they were each delightfully, observant, and insightful about our 2 dogs. They did a great job and kept us informed along the way with pictures and summaries. We will definitely use them again.
Staff really care about my pet and keep me well informed. I love the daily pictures that they send. Highly recommend Hotel K!!
I was so happy to see that the Madison area has a local pet service like this! Jimmy was great! Very responsive and he made the whole process really easy! I will definitely use them again!
