Worst Service Ever – Visited Dubuque for the first time ever for a friend’s wedding and stayed at the Julien with the rest of the wedding guests. I would never recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. The service is terrible. And I mean terrible. We called the hotel ahead, around 12:00pm to let them know we maybe there a bit before check in time of 3:00pm, we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem if we were a bit early.
