This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic.
Andrew at the front desk and the entire team made our stay 10 stars! Beautifully located and wonderful weather in October. The only thing we didn’t care for was fig the restaurant, it needs some Improvement. But everything else was splendid!

Amazing place
Stayed at Hotel Jackson and just checked out today. The Hotel is beautiful, modern and classy. We had a top floor King room with a Juliette balcony. We loved the room, the staff was the best service we have ever received anywhere! Front desk staff were all so friendly , and just wonderful. Valet team was equally friendly, gave us great ideas of places around town, and we really just walked everywhere, as the Hotel is right downtown and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
