Clean room and very nice breakfast!!
Rooms smell like athlete feet and oil. Clean but have bad smells maybe the carpet or the a/c. This is on the 2nd floor. I had to leave the window open all night just so I didn’t have to smell the stank.
When it comes to customer service relations, I've traveled half my life, and when I tell you that customer service is top notch here ,,,starting with Vanessa the manager absolutely outstanding, from the 1st step in the door no only greeted with smiles to having met evening staff with Josie Marie (sorry if I have the name spelt wrong), to overnight staff with Essence, these ladies smile every time they see us but call us by name down to housekeeping with Mabel and Patty and the BREAKFAST is hand cooked and specialized every m... read more
Great price, very clean, includes hot breakfast, restaurants nearby.
The rooms are nasty & need maintenance help. The carpet needs replacing. IT STINKS! The handle came off the bathroom door. Walls had crud all over them. The AC stinks.... at least it worked! The entire property needs maintenance! Eggs were super salty on the breakfast buffet & the bacon was raw! The ladies are nice & the cleaners were super helpful! Don't want to stay there again.
