It’s not a 4-star hotel. Needs to be updated asap. Rooms smell, hallway smells, a/c smells. Employees were nice, and location is decent. Just a very old hotel with an updated lobby. I was surprised.

Came to room to find dirt on pillows, human feces smell and black hair (i am platinum blond) on another pillow, asked to send staff to clean, but there is no cleaning staff after 4 pm (check in time), then was moved to a lower tier single bed room, had to request a refund, but they fined me 151$ as cancelation fee! Gonna send this info to consumer protection and to health control, be ware and try to avoid Ps: walked down the parking lot, there was 2 other hotels, that turned out to be better nether though they have less star... read more

I loved the smiles and friendliness of Raven and Flora. They went out of their way to welcome us and make. Us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious. Compliments to the cooks. I will be back. Marilyn

The best hotel stay we have ever had! We stayed the night August 15th and, although I didn’t get her name, the front desk lady was so truly incredible! She was so hospitable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We only ever wanna stay here now!
