Hotel was very accommodating, my son was staying for a wedding. I hadn't planned on staying in Cleveland overnight, last minute decision. They brought us an extra cot and extra towels. Only complaint was the bathroom door is a sliding etched glass barn type door. It is convenient but doesn't provide much privacy, doesn't block shower or toilet sounds much, no fans or anything to reduce bathroom noise. Polite staff, clean hotel and room, comfortable bed, staff attentive and smiling. Will definitely come back.
