We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo beachwood!!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such great energy!! Raven was absolutely amazing, informative, and most of all just a genuinely great spirit. Kyle was also very nice and helpful!! I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay! They definitely know HOSPITALITY! And being someone who travels a lot, that’s not always something that is easily came by!
Poor Hygiene Conditions - This property lacks on providing basic hygiene in their rooms. I was booked to stay for one night and I had to change 3 rooms! The first room had running water noise from the washroom; second room linen was filthy with hair all over( the housekeeping team needs to be fired) and the third room was clean but came with torn linen. I have stayed at several Hotel Indigo properties over the years, so I was a little disappointed by this location. My stay was decent overall, but the room showed quite a bit of wear and could definitely use some attention. The walls were scratched up, the floors didn’t seem as clean as they should have been, and the shower had a few issues. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut, and it wasn’t watertight, so water ended up escaping onto the bathroom floor. Even the TV remote felt like it was well past its prime. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Cleveland-Beachwood! I came up from Dayton for my first-ever trip to Cleveland. This trip was a graduation trip/gift from my parents, and we came to attend the R&B Tour to see Chris Brown and Usher. I had an amazing time, and the hotel made the experience even more special!
