Great location for an overnight. Staff was exceptional and incredibly helpful. Location is near some fun spots and right near the train. Its historic and the location has an interesting back story. Mattress was a bit soft for my taste but still enjoyed the location.
Stayed in a corner room on the 10th floor alone for a work trip. I might have been affected by the coffee I had earlier that night (yummy hotel coffee) or the switch in time zone but I had a hard time falling asleep. Perhaps I was also spooked by the history of the building: While beautiful in a "period piece fiction" way, I was scared of paranormal encounters throughout the night so I kept some lights on... It was on the whole a memorable experience! Look for the massive safe (once in operation) behind the check-in counter!... read more
Beautiful place to stay. The views of downtown Houston are stunning, it was a memorable experience.
Valet parking group is wonderful. Very very nice guys.. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.
