I'd consider it OK value for the price, if you don't mind the spoiled milk on the windowsill, the drunks in the elevator that get up close to your face to tell you "It's a shitty hotel in a shitty town!", the drunk employees that mock you as they're drinking with their buddies in the bar, the mysterious body fluids on the carpets and the walls, the odd smells, or the cockroaches that scatter when you pick up your suitcase or shake your sheets. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Oyo wants to sell the Holley for 1mil ( bought for $175000)10 percent. With warehouse crap that they held from other hotels ( ALL FURNITURE)Free. They're saying electricity bills are the problem for the sale price. They made money off of the tax right from paper like the OYO can.

Cost is low but rooms are so bad for night stay. Images are very old and nothing resembles it

We reserved a king sized bed online and the pictures looked great. When we arrived, the building smelled gross and everything was dirty. The guy at the front didn’t even seem to know what he was doing and told us the city was trying to shut them down. I see why. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We only had a double bed when we booked for a king. The carpet was filthy and the only source of heat was a pipe through a hole above the door. We had my 8 month old son with us.
