Absolutely appalling. I was supposed to stay there on 18th November. I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation and did so on 14th November. Well within their cancellation policy time frame. However they went ahead and charged me for one night cancellation fee. Despite three phone calls and four emails including two to the general manager I have had NO response. Wow ...I � so love this trendy..hip ..cool hotel ...I mean I've stay here about 25 times �..I love the short walk to the "Strand"�
Super cute place, clean, and has activities you can do during day or night. Wish we had one more night there. We had a loft suite and the view was amazing.
RecommendedThe ambiance, the bed, the cleanliness, the view, the friendly staff etc. This hotel is awesome. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
Great customer service in a trendy boutique hotel. I loved the cute beach blankets. I’m giving it 4 stars because some things can be improved. I agree with other travelers that some type of breakfast or juices should be offered in the mornings. I always hate paying for parking but if I’m going to pay, I was only $14. There’s no airport or beach shuttle. I really did not like that the hotel doesn’t allow you to drink an alcoholic beverage on their terrace overlooking the ocean. Otherwise, lovely.
