Hotel Havana, a total gem. Shane thank you for the warmest greetings upon our arrival on our special day as it truly started the mood off right for the perfect day. We appreciate the kindness you showed to us and our senior pug, Daisy. The entire experience was wonderful. We had a beautiful place to experience love and we hope to return - we hope this isn't the end but a beginning.

I travel a lot for work. I haven't experienced better customer service at any hotel I stayed. I had some issues with room bookings due to 3rd party services (no fault of the hotel!). The front desk agents and manager were very accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Special thanks to the receptionist that was there during my check in. winter for drag brunch Sunday so I did not stay at the hotel but the hotel is very cute. It's a boutique hotel so it's very small and very quaint, but went there to eat breakfast or brunch and watch the dry queens. The show was very good. the girls were funny andyeah little amateur young girls coming up in there in the circuit, but they were very nice very friendly. They were funny they dance. It was a great show. I enjoyed it a lot.

My opinion: Come to the hotel to eat at Ocho or have a drink overlooking the river or to enjoy a cocktail in the very cool downstairs bar. But stay someplace else. We'd been here before for a meal and really enjoyed it -- Ocho is a great spot with a great vibe. So we decided to stay on a return to trip to San Antonio. First time visiting San Antonio and such a nice and quiet spot but still surrounded by so much in the area! Our room was so nice and cozy. The AC in the hotel was such a life saver from the Texas heat. The basement bar was such a big surprise and wished I spent more time. Looked like a spooky vampire lounging area. Big shout out to Rudy for taking care of us during our whole stay! Anything I needed, they were so quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable. Enjoyed all the amenities and I can’t wait to come back!!
