The warm welcome we expected was nonexistent. We drove 14 hours and was so excited at the promise of this hotel. My daughter walked up to counter and stated she had a reservation. Donald looked at her sternly as said "what". He then made condescending comment about misunderstanding her name. He was so rude and demeaning with his words and actions.
