Great stay. Staff was so friendly. highly recommended hotel for your stay in NYC
AVOID Toilet (restroom) back up first night and flooded room. Were moved to another, but couldn’t keep us in it for the 3rd night so moved again. 3rd room, 3rd night toilet backed up again- fortunately this time didn’t flood room. All 3 rooms had no faulty fridge that they knew of but haven’t sorted yet.. All 3 had faulty phones - so had to walk down late at night to tell them of the flooding in PJs. Breakfast was a joke and had little to no choice and nothing hot.
