This is my new favorite hotel in NYC! I have stayed in more than a dozen different NYC hotels and this is by far my favorite. Exceptional service at every turn, comfortable rooms, fluffy pillows, a beautiful calm lobby. The staff knows how to make guests feel like actual guests. Every experience, from dropping my bags to checkout was easy and remarkably pleasant.
