Back in 2019 some friends and I had a couple nights booked and upon coming back to our room the first night we found ourselves to be locked out of our room. When the front desk unlocked our room card we then walked in to an empty room! After arguing with the front desk they soon found our stuff to be all in the Lost & Found area.
