We just had a wonderful experience at the hotel Florence on our way back from Florida to Virginia. Very unique renovation that has kept many restored features of the historic building while crafting in modern amenities in the rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable one of the best things about the hotel as you never need to leave. Avoid this place at all costs. Inept staff. Room not ready at check in time. Room reeks of mold. Stained sheets. A disappointment from Hilton for sure. I’d remove the association if I were them.
