My second visit and it was more amazing than the first! Rooms were clean and the customer service was once again was Top Tier, I was hoping to see Mrs.Fleming (Front Desk) and I did, I had to stop what I was doing to let her know how excellent her customer service was and to keep that momentum going because it means a lot after a long ride you want everything to run smoothly! I’ll be back Hotel Florence ! Thanks for a great stay!
