This place advertises itself as a hotel. However, from the moment you step foot inside you find yourself experiencing a mediocre motel at best. During our check in the room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Then after we got in the room, we noticed right away there was a musty smell as if the place had not been cleaned or aired out in a while. We only had a short but at this hotel, but the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We loved the quirky little features that gave the hotel a really cool and unique feel. The staff were some of the nicest people we’ve come across on our trip friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. We had a few issues with our suitcases that were outside of the hotel’s responsibility, but the staff went above and beyond to help us anyway. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had an absolutely marvelous experience!! The front desk staff were incredible and very welcoming! They gave me 2 free drink vouchers because I was solo traveling and brought a mini fridge up to my room. The downstairs cafe opens early for wonderful coffee and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel is delicious with wonderful staff as well. The location is great and a 10 minute walk from the metro station and close to stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again during my next Sea... read more
