Beautiful facilities. Great bar. Breakfast buffet was adequate but room was only serviced one time in three days and the one day, had no hot water for showers. Nothing worse than a literal, cold shower. Also the in-house phones from room to room or to the front desk, did not work when trying to report the service or no hot water problems. After having to walk down to the front desk, the staff was very nice.
It is rated as the best hotel in the area, but it’s not. They serve reach breakfast but cleanliness is really poor. The rooms have bad smells and all the public areas are not maintained. I would not return to this property unless they treat it better
