OMG the views of the city and fireworks show at Downtown Disney from the room are absolutely breathtaking. With wonderful, attentive and understanding employees like Arturo and Claudia at the front desk makes my stay a wonderful experience each and every time when I need a little local getaway.
We recently stayed at this hotel 3/27/2026 to 3/30/2026. I would give not even one star. We paid over $200 per night and we stayed with our dog Juno. The room was dirty, there were price tags with plastics in the room, and our dog almost ate those. The floor was not clean. Bathroom showers were filthy and shower head handle was not working. No toilet paper in the bathroom and so much dust.......we don't know where all that dust was coming from. The little brook that runs by the hotel is nice Nothing exceptional about this place for the price they charge
It’s nice. Hotel staff is good but we stayed here for 3 nights and never got our room tidied up. We called 2 times to do it but it never happened finally after the 3rd they came in and took our trash didn’t freshen up the beds. With the money we paid for this place you would think it would be mandatory. our Ac was hot we asked for a new room and they said no we can send maintenance all they did was change the filter. They seem to prioritize people by money I assume other than that it’s safe clean and nice.
