We made reservations online at hotel.com showed up at 7:30 PM. They were closed. called the number and they literally hung up on us leaving us high and dry.
Bought 2 rooms for my husband and I, and a cousin. We are doing a route 66 trip. Though cheap motel 6 would have been a better choice. Priceline proclaims this is a 4 star hotel. The the advert photos are false advertising. I don't know her name. We have been calling her Methany, those are not ticks from a medical condition. She was nice. (134) The towels, bedding, lampshades, floors only swiffered at best. Where all dirty. Looks like blood stains on the lampshades. Stayed here last week. Neglected and abandoned looking motel. Surprisingly we managed to check in at the desk of the neighbouring motel. The room is dirty, shower is disgusting, and there was so much noise at night. People shouting, a barking dog all night, and I even heard a gun shot. Paid $60 too much for this horrible experience!
The rooms was clean and big the only thing was the problem was ppl yelling and screaming outside ur door and a dog barking all night
