We stayed here on May 4th 2026 - and NO HOT WATER in shower or sink. The same problem has been reported multiple times months earlier by other users - obviously they haven’t cared to fix it yet. STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE COLD WATER IN SHOWER. We vacated the next day morning and checked into near by Marriott. Shame on you Du Pont. I told my admin to remove this hotel from our company’s preferred list for Executive stays.
During my recent stay at Hotel DuPont, Bruce, the bellman, delivered truly exceptional service that set the tone for a seamless and stress-free experience. We had a wonderful experience hosting our sangeet at the Hotel DuPont. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful, with its elegant architecture, timeless design, and warm ambiance that created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We hosted our Sangeet in the Golden ballroom at this venue. All our guests commented that it had been a beautiful and elegant setting. Shellie, our main point of contact, was very easy to work with and troubleshoot with (which is essential in the wedding planning process for those of you that haven't started yet).
