I’m extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my stay and, especially, the situation involving my stolen luggage. During my stay, there were already maintenance issues with my room. The toilet and the cabinet surrounding the refrigerator were both broken, and I reported both issues to the hotel right away. Final update 8/16: I made my last call to Hilton Honors and they took my story, updates, and understood that I was responding due to the Hilton reply on this post. They told me I would hear back within 3 days about what they could do. In 3 days, no word, so I sent an email reply to the confirmation email that said 3 days and kind of gave up hope that I would get anything back. Booked this spot to make catching our early flight easier. Quiet, clean and close to a lot of spots to eat. The shuttle service in the morning was quick and on time to the airport.
