Rooms are NOT sound proof and hotel still hasn’t responded to the theft of my belongings!!! Hotel del Sol isn’t a safe place for anyone..

My boyfriend and I are celebrating a late Valentines Day and we booked a room here for the night on a whim after dinner. Used a third party service and everything was super smooth. The building's exterior looks are a little deceiving. Not much on the outside, but the lobby was beautifully decorated with a snack bar, we felt very safe and comfortable as soon as we walked in. This place is perfect for those times when you just want to get away and sleep for a few days. Very quiet, nicely appointed and furnished, it was the perfect environment to just breath and not just because it's smoke free. Add a top-notch staff and an attentive manager who was very gracious with a challenge during my stay, place is awesome.
