This is a 1950’s motel that has been refurbished. It has a hip vibe. It’s simple, clean, good shower, there are hooks for two bikes. You are close to downtown, and the river walkway. Campus is only a few blocks away. If you don’t want to spend a big amount, but want a place to rest your head, but feel a little current, than this is your place.
SKIP this place and stay literally anywhere else. The photos are FALSE ADVERTISING! it’s dark, no microwave, no fridge, no breakfast offered, no tub and definitely has a weird smell and lots of homeless people around. As a sidenote but equally important, the guy (long hair) at the desk was RUDE. He didnt bother saying hello when we walked in, basically acted like our presence (checking in) was irritating for him, there’s more personality in a wet paper towel.
