Terrible continental breakfast. Toast bagels waffle. Ran out of syrup and silverware. Had oatmeal and cereal. Very disappointed.
Very nice hotel!! They are redoing some stuff in the rooms and lobby area, but seems to be just about finished. Rooms are very nice and clean! Bed is very comfortable!! Staff very friendly..... breakfast is good, no eggs or anything like that but at least have the waffle maker and a few other things to grab. Coffee machine in lobby, all day and night Coffee and very good coffee. I very much enjoyed my stay!! Highly recommend
Clean place ashley who works front desk was amazing and deals with more than needed! That man was crazy lol agian ashley 100 outta 10 the have a cool waffle maker my daughter enjoyed in the morning
If it was possible to leave a negative star review I would. My mother and I received absolutely terrible service from the staff of the property. I came back to my room the last night of our stay and my room curtain had been pulled down, my shower curtain and towels were gone, the fire alarm had been disabled and I had almost $900 of property stolen. Two pairs of dress slacks, a pair of Timberland boots, jeans and shirts were taken from my room. The could not even get me in touch with their manager. The hotel staff did nothin... read more
Best advice: stay elsewhere…..When we arrived the front door was blocked by a 5 gallon barrel holding down badly placed tiles … we walked to the front desk and the person repeatedly said “don’t die” as they were video gaming on their phone. No hello how are you today how can I help you just started talking about the games he played. Looked for a cart -none to be found…asked about the cart and they said it should be in the main entrance but did not get up to help or even try to do their job ( 6pm) Internet process was too con... read more
