We were 3rd in line to check in and It took over 45 minutes to check in at 10pm! Even though our rooms were reserved earlier, it still took this long. Record breaking slow receptionist. Smells like pot and the rooms are pretty sloppy. I absolutely do not recommend!
First floor hallway has a ramp between the front desk and the elevator, so it’s not handicap friendly. Rooms are poorly constructed and noisy because the cabinetry obviously covers up what used to be a doorway between adjoining rooms. People next door sound as if they are in your room with you.
After being unexpectedly canceled at Live Away Suites, we were scrambling for a place to stay. Hotel Concord was a great value and a good place to stay.Clean rooms and professional staff.
