Very nice experience with everything at our visit.
Hotel offers beautiful views of Lake Canandaigua. The restaurant offers expensive, but delicious, food and impressive service in spite of very low staffing.
We were in town from Philadelphia and read about their new chef and his meatballs. We decided to grab dinner there and the food (and yes the meatballs!) and martinis were excellent. It was off season but we really enjoyed our meal and the surroundings!
Cordial and accommodating management. Tara in particular is excellent
I have stayed here 3 times in the past and it has gotten worse over the years. I am giving a two star rating because I brought up the "nickel and diming" that is going on with the management company that owns this hotel, Midas Hospitality. They charge $10 for parking each day (which I was told started in April 2025), and I was never charged for parking before. No other hotel in the entire area charges this at all.
