Great location, but offseason might want to look at service levels. Morning breakfast service was understaffed. I might try again because the location is that nice.

When we arrived we were told that the accessible room we reserved weeks ago was not available. We were offered a substitute room and asked to see it first. The elevator wouldn't work and we nearly got stuck on it. The desk clerk was by herself and there was a long line. I felt bad for her about that. However I did not like being questioned about why I needed an accessible room. Its actually illegal to question guests about this matter. This hotel took years to build and finally open. Mobile check in was easy, but digital key did not work in the elevator, so still needed to stop at the desk. Nice lake view from the balcony.
Best place to have wedding and reception, rooms very clean, view to lake in the night is stunning
