Moved from rooms twice. No air conditioning. 2nd time, only hot water in the bathtub faucet. Security issue: Anyone can access the elevators on the 1st floor. Reception is on the 2nd. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. VERY run down and dirty.

We stayed there last week. Where do I start? Room phone didn't work. Missing one-half the curtain on window. Missing hair dryer. Missing carafe in coffee maker. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Toilet didn't work properly. Black mold on the vent in shower. Pool not available (thank goodness!) Smelled like cigarettes. Dirty. Last but not least; a fire alarm at 2:30am because of a faulty smoke detector, but that's not the best part. Went down the stairs which lead us to the exit doors that were CHAINED AND PADLOCKED! This hotel is infested with bed bugs and the room doors do not lock, do not, under any circumstances stay here. I can honestly say that I have never in my life been more disgusted with a hotel. This place is dirty, not just through a one-off lack of attention to detail, but through long term neglect and a lack of investment by the hotel management. Steer clear, do not even consider this hotel.
