It was really easy to call the hotel in book a room. I was promised a room downstairs because the woman I dog show with is elderly. I was super excited to pull up and check in, which worked out very well with the exception they put us on the second floor in this hotel does not have an elevator. The elderly person I travel with can't do stairs. Once again we had requested downstairs due to her age but we're given an upstairs room. Alex, (the manager) was exceptional. He is putting forth a conscious effort to turn this establishment into a top notch facility. My family and I have stayed here several times over the past 6 years, and we all are in agreement, that Alex will be the one to make sure that all upgrades are completed with the finest details. A lot of work has already been completed, and there is much more to improve on. His positive attitude and his attention to detail to make his guests as comfortable as possible, go above and beyond.
Arrived to find i was all the way in the back on the second floor after requesting a first floor. Checked in 10/25/24 around midnight after a long flight from Alaska. I was told they would move me to a first-floor room tomorrow. This do to me recovering from 4 surgeries on the same hip. The second day, I got up to use the restroom, and to my surprise, the wrinkled back brown trout would not go down. The toilet was not flowing and filled to the rim. was given a voucher to stay here after a cancelled flight. check in was quick and easy and the young lady working was very helpful. lobby and hallway definitely had a stale mildewy smell. room was dated but seemed tidy enough as long as you don’t look too hard— there are stains on the walls and furniture and the smoke alarm was ripped out. i would have been able to look past this if i had not found live roaches and what looked to be a squished bedbug under the covers. it served its purpose but i don’t think i would choose to... read more
