Reserve y me estafaron...llegué al hotel tenía reservado y luego no me dieron mis llaves . Lo hice con mi teléfono en expedía y ahí no me aceptaron y todavía tomaron el pago del depósito y por racismo querían tarjeta tarjeta física,, cuando solo tarjeta digital se usa ahí. I was in room 1116 on the 11th floor and found out that room had bedbugs after one night of stay. I went down to the front desk and spoke with a manager named Jane. She did not seem surprised by the fact, didn’t really care to see the 25 bite marks I have over my body. She said the second night would be refunded and that I would have to speak with Jay on Sunday Aug. 31st. Beds were so uncomfortable, front desk was so rude. We actually found a dead roach in the room after the house keeper left. We had hair in the shower, the tub also the sink was stopped up. Just a overall bad experience.
I do not recommend that hotel, in any way, I reserved one in advance, I asked for the highest floor and they gave me the ninth floor and it was expensive for four nights after very bad service, a security guard arrived and demanded the bracelets as if one had not paid, every time we wanted to go to the pool we had to walk that once, I forgot, he said if I was not going to bring them I should leave, he does not pay, I do not recommend that hotel, one spends a lot of money to have the floor that one wants and they. come up wit... read more
