The rooms were too dated. The cleaning was not up to par. Elevators broken. Hallways dirty. The pools were filthy and not maintained.
I booked 4 rooms at Hotel Blue for a 6-night stay, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is not as advertised. The rooms were in very poor condition—visible damage, worn-down interiors, and serious cleanliness issues. In my room, there were roaches (I have video proof). Safety was also a concern.
