GREATTT staff/ customer service my first time ever in Chicago and they were very informative about the activities I left my room about 10x and each time I was greeted when I left and returned ; will definitely come again !
Surprise that only coffee & tea are available in the morning. There is a restaurant nearby. Regular breakfast starts at $20.
Our room at the Blake was great. Staff helped out in a couple situations which I am very grateful for. Great job, Blake Team!
I loved the corner bedroom long suite. Loved the staff and the drinks. Wifi was impossible to connect to. I had to call them. It should not be this hard in a nice hotel.
