A very disappointing experience, especially considering the hotel’s supposed five-star rating and my Hilton Gold status. We had just arrived from a long international flight, and the welcome was anything but welcoming. We struggled to figure out how to open the entrance doors, which had a hidden automatic button, while the valet attendant shouted at us not to push them. Seriously? I'm staying here now and the room is nice, except for rhe AC being bad, but the service is awful. My room was made - barely and I left the tissue box out specifically because it was 2 tissues from empty - no new box and I called for a new one and some towels that never came. Now, I have no tissues. Super annoying at this price and in general. I wish I had not picked this hotel.
Mimi and Alex at the desk were fabulous hosts. They helped us find really good food and were delightful people. The hotel is clean, accessible and the beds are really comfortable. Good place.
